Dr Chandramouli S V is a Professor at Department of Civil Engineering, PES University Bangalore. An accomplished professional engineer with more than 17+ years of experience in Structural Analysis & Design projects, Structural Health Monitoring projects, Advanced Composites, Rehabilitation and remedial engineering projects. Key member in national and international projects of esteemed organizations. Supported with technical expertise to Australia, Finland, Vietnam, Russia, Turkey, China, Japan and Brazil in proposal activities, preparing estimates, designing developing technology and on-site implementation. Prior to his acedamic role, he served as a independent Structural and SHM Consultant, worked as Manager-SHM (Savcor Tempo Oy, Finland), Development scientist (Savcor India), Technical Manager-MRRM (BBR India), Structural Engineer (SECON) at other prestigious organisations. In his private capacity, published and presented more than 20+ paper in international and national conferences, also guided 20+ post-graduate M.Tech/M.E. thesis on SHM, structural dynamics, earthquake engineering and other structural engineering subjects. Also a mentor for more than 40+ interns and trainee engineer. Presently, an active member of ACCE, ISSS, ISWE, ISET, IRC, IIBE, IGS, ICI, ARP, QCFOI.
